SASKATOON – It didn’t take long for the first baby of 2015 to arrive in Saskatoon. Hailey Faith Rowlands arrived 17 minutes after the stroke of midnight.
“I wasn’t expecting her for the New Year,” said proud mom Crystal.

“We thought we were going to have a Christmas baby, but nope, New Years.”
Hailey’s original due date was Dec. 23. She weighed in at seven-pounds 10-ounces.

It’s the second child for Crystal and her husband Geremy. They have another daughter, Alyssa, who is almost four.
Both mom and baby are doing well.
