Halifax Regional Police have made an arrest in the homicide of Kristin Johnston, 32.
Police confirm they have rearrested a 33-year-old man after he was released from the hospital shortly after noon on Monday.

Johnston was found dead in her home on Oceanview Drive in Purcells Cove on March 26.
A man was arrested at the home, but required immediate medical attention. He had been in hospital from March 26 until his release on Monday.
At this point, no charges have been laid. Police say the investigation is ongoing.
