Winnipeg Goldeyes outfielder Willie Cabrera named to All-Star Game

WINNIPEG – The Winnipeg Goldeyes will have a second player suiting up in this week’s American Association All-Star Game in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Willie Cabrera has been added to the North All-Stars roster for Tuesday’s contest. He joins fellow outfielder David Rohm who was chosen to play in the game on July 20.

Cabrera sits second in the league with 56 RBIs – three more than Rohm. The 29-year-old holds a .322 batting average along with 75 hits and 11 home runs in 61 games this season.
