Manitoba Moose bring back Jiri Fronk

WINNIPEG – With all the call ups to the Winnipeg Jets, the Manitoba Moose recalled forward Jiri Fronk.

Fronk, 22, appeared in four games this season with the ECHL’s Tulsa Oilers. He has four goals, no assists and four penalty minutes and recently scored his first professional hat trick.

Last season Fronk played 33 games for the Moose where he had six goals and two assists.

The Moose were short staffed after Marko Dano, Julian Melchiori, Andrew Copp and Nic Petan were called up to the Jets.

The Moose face the Cleveland Monsters on Saturday in the rematch after the Moose posted a 7-3 win on Thursday.
