Almost 1,900 people are killed every year in our country as the result of a motor vehicle accident. An additional 149,000 people are injured in crashes annually.

On Thursday, the first part of a $900,000 feasibility study was made available. The study ranks eight sections of highway in the province based on a variety of criteria, including cost, traffic volume and safety.
