After five years of bringing the community together through the Johnny’s Heart of Gold Invitational, the Johnny’s Heart of Gold Foundation (JHOG) is trading golf clubs for live music with MovemberFest 2026. Taking place Saturday, November 28, from 7:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. at Site B in Port Moody, MovemberFest will bring together hundreds of community members for an evening featuring live music from The Whiskeydicks, dancing, food and beverages—all while raising funds and awareness for men’s mental health and addiction recovery. Proceeds from MovemberFest will support men’s mental health and JHOG Legacy Partners Together We Can and FamilySmart. Together We Can provides addiction recovery services, while FamilySmart supports children, youth and families navigating mental health challenges. The evening will feature The Whiskeydicks, along with food and beverages, dancing, a moustache contest and opportunities for guests to support the Foundation throughout the night. Businesses and community organizations are also invited to participate through MovemberFest sponsorship opportunities.
