Thing is, he spelled his son’s name “Hadrien.”
A Liberal spokeswoman said the correct spelling is, indeed, Hadrien.
“Mr. Trudeau’s son is named Hadrien. In the excitement and sleep deprivation of the birth, it was misspelled in the initial tweet,” Kate Purchase wrote in an email.
No matter: as The Canadian Press has reported, the Liberal party has already used the birth to build up its database of potential supporters and donors.
