BC election 2026 results: Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream

Kelowna-Lake Country-Coldstream is a provincial riding located in the Okanagan & Kootenays region. This riding is currently represented by MLA Tara Armstrong, who first took office in 2024. Armstrong collected 14,303 votes, winning 53.92 per cent of the vote in the 2024 B.C. provincial election.

Armstrong was initially elected as a member of the Conservative Party, but left in 2025 to co-found the OneBC Party with MLA Dallas Brodie. She left OneBC in December 2025 to sit in the legislature as an independent.

Armstrong is not running for re-election.

Just two years after the previous election, B.C. residents have cast their vote in the 2026 provincial election.

BC NDP leader David Eby called a snap election in September, making the provincial election day one week after the municipal elections.

Voters will elect 93 Members of the Legislative Assembly to serve in the 44th B.C. Parliament.
