WINNIPEG – It may be a city known for cold weather, but Winnipeggers were dismayed to wake up and see snow on Wednesday morning.
With a high of 8 C forecast for Wednesday and sun on the way Thursday and through the May long weekend, the snow wasn’t sticking around long – but it was enough to get Winnipeggers tweeting their complaints.

The sun will come with highs of 11 C Thursday, 12 C Friday, 13 C Saturday and 14 C Sunday, still well below the seasonal normal high of 20 C.
