REGINA – For the third time in a week, Regina police had to use a Taser in an arrest.
It happened yesterday involving a 22-year-old Regina man and a noise complaint.

Police say the tenant would not open the door at first, but when he did, he had two bladed weapons.
Officers told him to drop them, but he wouldn’t, so a stun gun was used on him.
