VANCOUVER – Jackson Houck scored in both the shootout and regulation as the Vancouver Giants edged the Saskatoon Blades 3-2 Saturday. Jakob Stukel tied the game at 14:28 of the third period with his first of the season for Vancouver (12-18-0), which won its third straight game.

Nikita Soshnin and Josh Uhrich supplied the offence for the Blades (7-21-3), who haven’t won in seven games.
The Blades will play the Prince George Cougars next on Tuesday.
