TORONTO – A Miami lawyer says his 15-year-old client will plead not guilty if he faces formal charges in an incident that saw the teenager’s older brother shot to death.
Lawyer Curt Obront says Marc Wabafiyebazu had never been in trouble with the law prior to Monday’s incident that police believe was a drug deal that went bad.

Marc Wabafiyebazu remains in youth custody but state authorities say he has yet to be formally charged.
In a statement, Dube expressed condolences to the family of Joshua Wright, the other deceased victim, saying, “Your grief is our grief.”
