VANCOUVER – Usually crows fill the sky, but one has skipped flying to use the SkyTrain this morning.
Global News online producer Nick Logan shot video of a crow riding the rails.
Logan says the crow got on the Millennium Line at the Commercial-Broadway station. He adds it hopped on a seat and looked for some food before getting off in East Vancouver.
It was last seen standing on the Renfrew SkyTrain platform.
Logan says this is the third time he has encountered the friendly crow on his morning commute.
It looks like this is another encounter with “Canuck” the crow.

He later found out it was a friendly crow neighbours had named “Canuck” and it was trying to get into his backpack.
“Canuck” has been spotted in many locations and is identified by a red plastic band around his leg.
While “Canuck” does not have a Compass card, he does have a beak and could technically “tap in.”
