Sunday night’s Oscar Awards ceremony had lots of show stealing moments – from Leonardo DiCaprio’s first big win, to Stacey Dash’s incredibly awkward appearance. But on social media, it was Android’s anti-bullying commercial that stole the hearts of many.
Starring rock, paper and scissors, the commercial – which doesn’t actually show any Android phones or products – highlights how even the most unlikely people can come together to be friends.
“Rock, Paper and Scissors don’t have much in common, but that won’t stop them. Be Together. #NotTheSame,” reads the video description on YouTube.
After the commercial aired and pictures of the trio of friends were tweeted from Android’s Twitter account, many took to social media to celebrate the commercial – some saying it deserved an award.
