An Okanagan Falls homeowner says members of the Okanagan Nation Alliance are trespassing on her land to access Okanagan River for fishing.

The Okanagan Nation Alliance are netting sockeye out of the river where they bump up against the dam at Okanagan Falls for food.

Melody Walker claims the property to the south of the dam on the east side of the river is private property.

Members of the Alliance say the province has surveyed the land as crown land.
