WINNIPEG — Police say one man is in custody Monday after forcing his way into a home in Winnipeg’s North End.
Officers first responded to the 600 block of Pritchard Avenue for what they called a “serious incident” at 11:40 p.m. Sunday.

They say the man confronted two adults – a man and a woman – who were injured and went to hospital in stable condition.

Children were in the home at the time, but were unharmed.
The investigation is on-going, but police have since cleared the scene.
