Edmonton police have determined a man’s death in northeast Edmonton on Jan. 14 is not criminal in nature.

Police said a man was found dead inside a home at 34 Street and 143 Avenue around 1 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14.

Homicide detectives were called in to lead the investigation, as the death was being treated as suspicious.
On Tuesday, police issued a media release saying the man’s death was non-criminal and his name will not be released.
