The Ontario Ministry of Labour has been contacted following a deadly industrial accident on a dairy farm just southwest of London.
OPP responded to an incident at a rural property on Woodhull Rd. shortly before 2 p.m. Tuesday.

A worker at the farm was unaccounted for and efforts were made to locate them, according to police.
The worker was found dead in a manure holding tank.

OPP identified the deceased on Wednesday morning as 58-year-old Carl Gregg, from Middlesex Centre.
Officials from the Ontario Ministry of Labour will be attending the scene.
