An extradition hearing has been set in the case of Karim Baratov, the Ancaster, Ont., man accused in a massive Yahoo hacking scheme.
Justice Andrew Goodman has set the date for Sept. 8.
Baratov, 22, was arrested back in March under the Extradition Act after U.S. authorities indicted him and three others for computer hacking and economic espionage.
