A pedestrian is in hospital with serious injuries after a collision on Princess Street Wednesday morning, say Kingston police.
The collision happened around 9:30 a.m., and involved one vehicle and a female pedestrian.
Portions of Princess Street and Wellington Street were blocked off for the investigation, but were reopened just before 2 p.m.
According to police, a Chevy Silverado pickup truck collided with a woman who was crossing the street.

The woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
It is unclear whether any charges were laid, or what condition the pedestrian is in.
