Hamilton Police say a missing man has been found and they are thanking the public for their help.
Police say Hermann Katzer was found safe in the Hamilton area at around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night.
Katzer, 80, was reported missing Tuesday and at one point was seen at the Canada/U.S. border in Niagara.

Police say Katzer had left his residence on the Mountain sometime between 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday and there were concerns for his well being.

Katzer had been driving a 2012 Black Volkswagen Golf TDI.
