Police have arrested a Burlington man on fraud charges.
Halton Regional Police say it relates to an investigation into an alleged investment fraud.
Police say they received reports from alleged victims who were presented with an investment opportunity with promises of large financial returns in a short period of time.

Forty-year-old Matthew Gouleos of Burlington is charged with two counts of fraud over $5,000.
