EDMONTON- Homicide detectives are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Edmonton’s Hillview neighbourhood.
Police were called to a home located at 60th Street and 35A Avenue NW around 1:10 a.m. Saturday. Police say a person in the home told officers an altercation between two men left one of them in medical distress.

The Edmonton Police Service Forensics Unit remained on scene Saturday afternoon, with a home sanctioned off with police tape, as officers conducted their investigation.

Police say the victim is a man in his 30s who was not known to police.
The cause of the man’s death is not known. An autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
