Another Nova Scotia family has come forward in a heartbreaking and desperate plea for help — hoping that by speaking out, the province will act. 

After hearing the of story of nine-year-old Sutherland's seven week stay at the Halifax children's hospital, Eng said he was "frustrated" that nothing had changed since his stay there in winter 2015.
