One of four victims the College of Physicians and Surgeons disciplinary committee says Dr. Javad Peirovy sexually abused is speaking out about how this ordeal has affected her. This comes as it was determined the doctor would be allowed to keep his medical licence after a legal battle.

Dr. Javad Peirovy filed an appeal after a divisional court sided with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, which had appealed its own discipline committee's ruling in the case.
