Editor’s note: This story has been updated for clarification.
On Aug. 7, Christine Orme tried to renew her Alberta driver’s licence.
She brought her old licence, her health care card, her birth certificate and her expired passport to a registry office to get the province’s new three-in-one identification card.
But Orme said the documentation on hand wasn’t enough, as the names on them didn’t all match.
“I needed to produce my original marriage certificate,” Orme said.
But there were further issues: she no longer has the certificate from her first marriage and her passport wasn’t a valid form of I.D. because it’s expired.
“I was handed an application to get my former marriage certificate at a cost (of) $45,” Orme said, adding she was told there would be a wait for it to come in.
That worries Orme: she drives for work and her licence will expire on Aug. 30. — her birthday.
“Everything is costing me,” she said, “I haven’t even paid the renewal fee for the licence yet because I can’t get it.”
Since July 2, anyone renewing their driver’s licence in Alberta will also have their health care number and citizenship marker on the card.
The province says a birth certificate, passport, citizenship certificate or NEXUS card can confirm citizenship.

Eligible Albertans who are citizens or permanent residents with Alberta Health Care or Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan coverage receive cards with their Personal Health Number integrated on the back.
Married women like Orme say they’re having problems when their documents don’t match, because some have their maiden name and others have their married name.
“My birth certificate doesn’t match my licence, so I couldn’t renew it. I had to either have a valid passport or my marriage certificate,” said Alberta woman Wendy Oszust.
Oszust ran into the same problem. Her passport is expired and after more than 40 years with her husband, she doesn’t know where their marriage licence has gone.
“I’ve applied for a marriage licence through the registry office and paid for that,” Oszust said. “Now, I just have to wait until it arrives in the mail.”
When asked about the problem, the province says it’s asking Albertans to be patient with registry agents and make sure they have the right documents with them when they go in to renew.
“We’re sending reminders 60 and 30 days before Albertans’ cards expire so they know what documents they’ll need and have time to track them down,” a statement from the Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction ministry said.
“If someone no longer has a document they need, such as an Alberta marriage certificate, they can order a replacement at a registry.”
Orme say that doesn’t address the expense of getting new documents.
“It’s costing me wages, on top of the inconvenience of getting a certificate I will use for no other purpose than to prove who I am.”
They’re also warning other drivers to check their documents ahead of time to avoid the same problem.
The province announced the three-in-one licence in the fall of 2025, saying it would make it more convenient for Albertans to access health care as they wouldn’t have to carry multiple documents, including the paper health card that has been an inconvenience for some Albertans for years.
While some Canadian provinces have offered enhanced identification in the past, Alberta is the first Canadian jurisdiction to add citizenship and also the only jurisdiction in Canada to make the change mandatory.
Since the plan was announced last year, conversation has stirred around whether the inclusion of the citizenship marker — or lack thereof — could lead to discrimination.
The new Alberta licence features the province’s new branding, including an oil pumpjack replacing the icon of a dinosaur fossil, and the words “Alberta Strong and Free” marking the back, along with 54 unique security features.
While the enhanced cards will come at no additional charge, anyone renewing their licence will have to pay the regular renewal fee, even if their old licence is still valid for a few more years.
Last month, Service Alberta and Red Tape Reduction Dale Nally said the province will also be offering a temporary 60-day extension of expiring licences to allow Albertans the necessary time to get the correct documents required for the new ID.
The rollout of the new health care cards will cost $17 million over the next six years before all existing Alberta identification cards expire and are eventually replaced.

So to renew you need documents that you need to pay for. Just another cash grab by the UPC.
It’s just for a renewal. Is the province really that stupid? I can see issues first applying but this for renewals? Come on morons. Take a smarten up slap to the back of the head and get it right. Stop being stupid.
I just renewed my license and had no problem passport drivers and health card easy 15 minutes all done
Just another Danielle Smith scam, she makes it look like she’s doing Albertans a favour or service, but it’s costing so much to make all of these new cards, plus extra payments to get different documents… this is another bait and switch. Her government rakes in the money, while we pay hand over fist for “changes”.
Ralph Klein shouldn’t have privatized registries in Alberta to begin with. The UCP shouldn’t have made this new ID policy. It’s a big mistake.
If we are paying to renew our Alberta Health, doesn’t that effectively remove free health care?
This is discrimination again women since they are the only ones who change their names. This is exist policy
Brain dead boomers can’t figure out how to bring the proper paperwork in, and somehow that makes news.
Once that useless generation is gone, there’ll be a lot less of these idiotic articles.
I just shake my head at these comments, such as saying the NDP would be worse. They have misinformation too. Carbon levy (tax)? Where did that come from in Alberta? Ed Stelmach, in 2007. What problems did the NDP cause for Alberta? They were left with a bare pantry, because the previous provincial government (the Alberta PCs) bungled things up decades. The Alberta PCs didn’t get the oil royalty rates and tax rates of Peter Lougheed, and that left Alberta out of $725 billion. Orphan wells were neglected, and Albertans are on the hook for $320 billion. Other very pricey boondoogles happened, which were billions of dollars in total. Budgets to public education, public healthcare, and social services, were slashed, compounding problems. Infrastructure in Alberta was left in such a bad state that it has a cost of $40 billion to take care of.
The UCP left Albertans paying for more pricey boondoogles, which often cost billions of dollars, and make more hardships for Albertans. Somehow, the NDP would be worse? The same NDP who was responsible for cutting child poverty in half in Alberta, was ready to get new hospitals and schools built for Alberta, didn’t berate teachers, or healthcare workers, didn’t make the needy suffer more, and so on, is so bad, which isn’t true.
Please learn how to converse and check your spelling. As a male human, perhaps you aren’t understanding… (and many apologies to those who do 🕊️)
Illegal immigrants? Where are they? This ID mess by the UCP is pathetic. Targeting immigrants? The UCP shows their true colours. Lawsuit? You bet! It’s for a similar matter, stemming from the UCP’s blundering. 3.9 million registered voters in Alberta have had their voter information obtained, compromised and leaked by the seppies. The UCP did nothing about it, ever since. When any of you who support the UCP lose your new ID card, and shady things happen, because it got into the wrong hands, don’t say you weren’t warned. Avoiding the Christmas rush and getting the UCP out now would be a good idea. It can’t get any worse than the UCP.
Danielle Trump doesn’t like women. Who hasn’t quite figured this out yet
I was required to show my citizenship cerificate and because it’s 50+ years old, it then it had to be sent to Edmonton for “validation”. Since when did the *Provincial* government of Alberta get awarded the authority to “validate” *federal* paperwork?? And now they have a copy of it in their files, which are stupidly insecure, as we all know!!
I had a horrible experience as well today. This is 100% a violation of womens rights in Alberta!
Former married name of birth certificate… That’s not how birth certificates work, but okay. Imagine going through the legal process of changing your name, but then not keeping the documents to show the name change. The lack of accountability and responsibility is wild, typical for a women I guess.
Ron Johnson, whataboutism from 10 years ago isn’t a great argument. Maybe tell us the purpose of the new process? Or is it increasing costs , kinda like not using voting machines. Catering to the maple maga?
Got my license July 7 nothing new added and no extra documents required
Dave is as smart as a box of rocks
Why does it only show elbows up boomers having the problem .I think its a great thing. Especially for illegal immagrents
Not sure why we also have to incur extra costs of replacement birth certificates and/or passport renewals. Total joke!
So to renew a document, the registry requires another document that they also have and will sell to you? Why can they not look it up on the spot? Why did we privatize registries again?
Oh right.. to “save Albertan taxpayers money”. Funny how that turns out every single time.
OMG, the comments!
Subverting a women’s abiility to vote, discriminating against women? What a crock.
Changing your name upon marriage is a women’s choice. If you choose to do so, then you must choose to purchase a marriage card which evidences said marriage and corresponding name change.
Sharing these anecdotes of women who are not pro-active, poorly organized and unable to meet a deadline is not the flex Global thinks it is.
Being a citizen carries both rights and responsibilities, these women want the former while ignoring the latter.
Dave is right. Why does one have to prove citizenship to get a document that admits that one’s right to drive has not been revoked?
Same with providing a health care number. Has nothing to do with driving.
Time to shut this dictatorship down. – And she thinks that we will vote to make her queen…

Class action lawsuit.
For what? Because someone doesn’t know how to get their affairs in order prior to getting the new ID?
This process is just discrimination against Canadian women. We have been issued a license under the name on the card so why now are we being asked at great expense to now prove who we are. This is just plain wrong!!
What an idiotic process. We had driver’s licenses for decades with no problem. Now Smith has destroyed that process just like she destroys every thing else she touches.🥵🥵
How on earth would a former married name be on your BIRTH CERTIFICATE? Birth certificates have your maiden surname and are never changed.
I thought this three-piece ID card was for convenience not dictated by our Daniel Smith if you don’t want your citizenship or your health care number on your driver’s license why do you have to.
Class action lawsuit.
Having exactly the same problem. This is really hurting a lot of people, in particular women. This government obviously doesn’t care about anyone unless they’re separatists.
You can tell by the comments that most of you didn’t even read the article.
Elbows up or is it Canada Makes America Great Again?
It’s not just women experiencing issues with the New Alberta Drivers License !!
The new license is not working when attempting to verify several different types of accounts people have. For example attempting to verify new information with Canadian Banks. There systems are not recognizing the new licence and the entity of that information that is now present on the new license so therefore please stop making this situation about women in general because it’s affecting the population as a whole.
It’s because they dont want married women to vote. I love this province but the people in it are hopeless.
I learned this lesson with my trade grants-LADIES – YOU MUST CHANGE YOU NAME FEDERALLY AND GET A NEW SIN ISSUED. That said, thankfully my license doesnt expire for several more years and hopefully there will be long necks decorating the Leg before I have to.
Some comments below are blaming the UCP because people don’t have the required documents. Imagine if the NDP were in power. There is so many examples of government over-regulation and ridiculous rules when they were in power.
Ex:
Introduction of a provincial carbon levy, emissions regulations, and related compliance requirements added costs and administrative layers for energy producers, heavy industry, AND consumers.
(Enhanced Protection for Farm and Ranch Workers Act, 2015–2016 which virtually made it illegal for a farm kid to do anything on a farm. A neighbor couldn’t even legally help a farmer that was sick.
We would be having a lot more problems with the NDP in power than someone whose dog ate their passport.
For anyone who voted for the UCP, the guilt, the blame, and the shame is on you too, as much as it is on the UCP. You also are the cause these major problems we have in Alberta, because you didn’t even think before you cast your ballots. You will never take responsibility for what is happening, but you have to. Don’t like it? Too bad. Your feelings don’t supercede that there are people who do not like the UCP and Marlaina Danielle Kolodnicki making an absolute mess of everything, and causing so much problems for them.
Anonymous, the Reddit mod, chirping again.
I’ll tell it like it is. There are responses on here that are so out of touch. Is David Parker or the separatists giving Marlaina Danielle Kolodnicki any other silly ideas? What she and the UCP are doing is very, very bad. The UCP needed to be gone already.
By reading these comments, I must correct some people. Vital Statistics doesn’t exist in Alberta anymore. That is because Ralph Klein privatized that department. It was also a bad move. The UCP created a nightmare with this new ID. It will compound problems.
The UCP and Danielle Smith sure know how to make thinks worse. That is a fact! When the Alberta Privacy Commissioner raised legitimate concerns about the new ID revamping by the UCP and Danielle Smith, it obviously didn’t register with them (no pun intended). If someone loses their purse, or their wallet, and their ID is stolen, good luck with dealing with the consequences of that.
Welcome to the chaotic UCP governance. Anything to make minorities less visible or (even worse) influential.
Kick ’em out at the earliest opportunity!
Same as US ” SAVE ” ACT WHICH POTUS WANTS TO SIGN BECAUSE IT LIMITS THE MARRIED VOTERS = WOMEN.
NO REASON EXCEPT TO ELIMINATE PEOPLE.
FORMER LICENSE SHOULD BE ONLY THING NEEDED.
Yet another number so the government can spy on us. Why is this necessary? We already have a Social Security, AB Health, Drivers License, Nexus, CRA, etc numbers..
My licence is coming due and I did get the interim licence using my passport, but now I can’t access my online health account b/c it is no longer considered verified with the old licence. I called and was told licences are taking longer than normal to process and it is not accepting my interim licence for validating my account until the new
Licence is printed. It says it’s not valid and won’t let me access anything. Very frustrating.
Haha just wait till you separate from canada good luck then lol
Not required. You are legally required to keep the change certificate for 7 years, afterwards, all current identification is valid and sufficient.
I don’t that you need your marriage certificate to renew your drivers license if you don’t have a passport. You don’t need your marriage license when you apply for a passport. So why do you need it for the new drivers license. Premier Danielle Smith should explain the reasoning for this.
I guess the Maple MAGAts are following Lord Trump and the White Christian nationalists in disenfranchising women. Don’t you get that we’re supposed to be married, stay married, and let the male head of the household vote for you?
A birth certificate does NOT have a married last name unless you have done a legal name change – your birth certificate has your maiden name.
My 87 yr old Aunt cannot get ad ID card because they won’t recognize her 1960 Citizenship certificate, expired drivers licence or expired passport or any other documents. Was told she would have to apply for a new citizenship certificate with a 26 month wait time. Finally found out she can renew her passport because it’s not over the 15 yr issue date. All this just to get and ID card so she can go through the processes needed due to her husbands death. Registry office said she’s not the only one with this issue. 4 trips to registry, now applying for passport, pay for something she will never use just to then pay again for an ID card! Not kind to seniors.
Why is this even a story? Not sure what the problem is. This requirement has been around for a long time. You need those documents to track a last name change for any government-issued certificate. Put the marriage certificate in a safe place. Much like your birth certificate, which I am sure most people have had longer than they’ve been married.
Isn’t Dale Nally supposed to be the minister of Red Tape Reduction? This sounds like a TON of red tape added for no clear benefit. Also, did you know your health care card expires now? So you have to get that renewed regularly as well… great job, Dale.
When I brought my wedding license in I was told that it wasn’t good enough. It had to have a red seal. They were not putting red seals on marriage licenses back in the day. And I was never told that I needed anything more than my health card and birth certificate. The license had red numbers on it from the government. Wasn’t good enough.
Sounds like a skill issue to me, bring in non expired documents and plan ahead next time.
All this to address a problem that doesn’t exist. It’s a government policy in search of a justification. And now, whenever you present your drivers license as id, you are giving your healthcare number out. How do Albertans feel about that?
A marriage license is different from a marriage certificate. A certificate they WILL NOT accept. It has to be the marriage license so be sure to order the correct document like I had to or you’ll wait longer and pay double.
Time to quit being sucked in by the poor immigrant story once in you may be their target as they look for revenge for the military ass kicking they got and now the u s is deporting them and they are jumping at every opportunity to come across the open arm welcome on Canadian boarder only to be duped by them
In that marriage is so very temporary today women should keep their maiden name only.
That resoves a lot of issues up front and down the line.
I have PR. I legally don’t need a valid PR card unless I travel but had to renew that. I cannot work without a plastic driver’s license as I need to upload it. I’ve nearly lost everything over this. Still haven’t got card, it’s been over a month with zero income. It’s disgusting I’m going to end up homeless.
Typical for government offices. I sent away for my birth certificate as I thought I had lost my original. They sent me a new birth certificate with my first name misspelled and they refuse to fix it unless I send them both both birth certificates. They couldn’t get it right on the new one I requested I’m not sending them the original . So I carry them both as the numbers all match just not my first name.
I see the typical MAGA men are spouting off about women. They can’t handle when women speak up for themselves and complain and whine. Always single. Sad.
If Canadian adult females were as “liberated, empowered and enabled” as they claim they are………. they would NOT take their husband’s last names at marriage. I thought that as a teen in the 1970’s and I think it now. But I have listened to Canadian adult females mouth off for 5 decades how liberated they want to be and how adult males prevent that.
I could understand if you are applying for a license, but to just renew your picture is on the old one which is not expired. Money grab. My wife has the same issue when applying for OAS.
Walk in service for same day issuance on certificates at Vital Statistcs as in same day issuance
Also forgot to mention….same day issuance. I am trying to get my girls to pay the $100 to renew their drivers licence for 5 years always plan ahead. We will cross that bridge when we get there doesnt always work.
Isnt there walk in service at Vital Statistics in Edmonton??
Try being a responsible adult and not waiting until the last minute to temew your license. And try understanding that your name change through marriage means your birth cetificate won’t match. This isn’t an isue with the system, it’s an issue with irresponsible adults avoiding accountability.
Common Sense….
You Lack Common Sense!
Dumbwit!
A persons birth certificate always has maiden names on them
Ladies DO NOT CHANGE YOUR NAME if you marry.
Government should have advised us ALL when they changed the rules long before the drivers license debacle. I ran into it in 2025 when trying ti buy house. NO TRANSPARE CY IN DANIELLE PROVINCE!
Look at all the homosexuals and Karens in the comments haha
You guys need to get a life.
Red Tape Reduction says it all! You do NOT change your name on your Birth Certificate when you get married. This must be a ploy with the idea of separating from the Country – what a joke!
This is absolutely ridiculous and discrimination against women – just because a woman changes her name when she gets married shouldn’t mean you have to produce more documentation of who you are and it shouldn’t matter if your passport is expired. Where is the common sense here????? Just a money grab by the government.
You mean you didn’t expect a misogynistic bureaucratic cluster k ?
This is something men won’t have to deal with. So discriminatory
@Rob
Make America Great Again Maple makes absolutely NO sense whatsoever, but it really isn’t a surprise coming from the rtard LPC crowd! 🤷♂️
Ridiculous amount of red tape
There must be thousands of women & some men who have had changes in their name since birth because of adoption remarriage & other reasons. Until now most have had no reason to show proof of these legal changes by keeping all the various records. Indeed the question that comes to mind is why the changes are not already on an electronic file that can be accessed at the registry
This is a nightmare in BC also. Not everyone can afford to travel so we don’t have current passports. I requested having my Health Passport as a separate card from my driver’s license solely for this reason.
You will need your marriage certificate if you ever apply for your spouse’s survivers pension , and other things once your partner dies so its not a total waste of money because you will need this down the road.
It would be interesting for my wife as our marriage certificate is German as we got married in West Germany…..
Idea how about effective July 1st 2026 all people male or female require a new updated birth certificate. It must be dated renewed 2026. Why, just because. Instead of singling out women. Then you would see a policy change. Oh and how about Daniel Smith be the one who has to deal with the irate people personally, when they show up and are told they have to reprove they’re still Canadian. Our parents must be turning over in their graves.
Outrageous, but expected. The conservatives are governing.
@Fast, is Ms Smith her real name or is it her husbands name?
I changed my name for 2nd time after being assured that, in the 90s in BC it was a very simple process. It was, compared to 1970 when it cost me $600 and a mountain of submissions.
The only place it was an issue (in 2010) was with land title where I had to submit marriage certificate , as this was the only document that had maiden and husbands name noted. I resisted for years until a lawyer advised to have my life in order always. The frustration was required to submit my marriage certificate to divorce lawyer to file with the province.
Side note- men don’t have this problem- they don’t change their names and neither will I ever again.
Can you wait for Ms Smith to get removed from office?
They let women drive in Alberta?
How about women stop changing your legal name when you get married?
Why is this news? Some women failed to read instructions and bring documents with their correct name. That has nothing to do with the new cards.
Your birth certificate will never have your married name. You weren’t born with it, hence the wording “birth certificate”
You can get the documents in 24 hours if you’re willing to pick it up
Typical government bullsht. Change the laws so everyone has to pay more and more and more. That is all politicians do. Higher and higher costs for the people that support the city, province or country.
Bureaucracy sucks no matter which party is above it. Smaller government is better government.
Lately we have been thinking that we can hardly wait for the next election in this province. Never felt like this before but a couple of really poorly thought of programs have now changed how we feel about the party that is leading this country today. BUT, no NDP so…..
I had no problems bunch of whiners and not sure what maga references have anything to do with this. I hope i didnt over hurt your feelings. Ideots
So basically she feels entitled and could not follow the simple instructions. Changing you name on a birth certificate is just stupid. Well hopefully she will NOW follow the instructions and get her driver’s license.
A money grab by the time I’m done it will cost me 200 to renew my lic. I was born a Canadian 70 years ago, I was married and divorced 50 years ago and no I don’t have my marriage certificate. Unbelievable that our Canadian birth certificate is useless, I don’t care if it has maiden name our not. I’m not hanging into a birth certificate that has every other information correct because it’s not mine SERIOUSLY.
Probably a Liberal who thinks rules don’t apply to her. It is posted what documents are needed and why did she wait so long. Always making excuses and playing a victim, typical Elbows Up Canadian.
I’m confused why a birth certificate would have her married name on it vs. her birth name. If you legally change your last name doesn’t your original name become “dead”? I had a lawyer explain to me that my maiden name (my birth name) is my legal name. My married name is a legally & publicly acknowledged alias, but does not require a legal name change. Perhaps this has changed over the years, or varies in other countries? A lesson about the importance of keeping important documents safe, even if just for historical purpose. Hopefully problems, like the article speaks to, are ironed out quickly.
@Joanne you mean their father’s name?
Durrrr
These new MAGA MAPLE policies are embarassing for the rest of us normal Canadians.
What I don’t get is why did She change the name on the Birth Certificate. That is wild to me.
I had a similar problem when I got married when trying to change my alberta health care card. Married since 2016 made all the applicable changes, started running into issues when trying to get all required documents during covid to show my covid passport…. I only just got access to my alberta health online account this year. It only took 10 years, and no matter how many times I went to talk to the registry, or submit a complaint that anyone knew what was going on, doesnt help that most people go: i dont know, and write it off as not their problem.
I ran into the same problem. When I presented my church marriage certificate I was told I had to have the provincial marriage certificate. So, I could not renew my license and had to pay $40 for the provincial marriage certificate. What a money grab this is.
Are they crazy? Where do we live Gilead? This is going way too far!!!!
This is proof that they are making it up as they go along depending on if they think the person might not be a born-in-Canada Albertan. I just renewed my AB ID card with my out-of-province birth certificate – WHICH HAS A DIFFERENT LAST NAME – and they ACCEPTED IT. My last name however, is a much more Anglo Saxon sounding name than the ones in the article.
This is a good example as to why women should never assume a man’s name. It is 2026, not 1956. Why are so many women ashamed of their own name? Quebec has the right idea.
So renew your passport before you go. What a useless story
Having citizenship markers on your license is absolutely useless. This is a problem manufactured by a government with a reputation for ignoring the voices of constituents.
Expired passport should be enough to prove citizenship.
Apply as an immigrant, they get everything done at no cost to themselves
Anything uceepu touches turns into just that.
Yet people with intentionally ‘washed off’ license plates attached on newer cars drive around no issue.
And then there are many more with blacked out windows.
But don’t be getting caught over speed when in speed transition zone.
Wow! Alberta is in a full force war on woman. Men don’t usually change their last name but woman do.
None of this would be happening if Smith didn’t put her grimy little dirty fingers into this. If you’re born in Canada, irregardless of how many times you’ve been married or divorced, proof of citizenship is all you should need…i.e a birth certificate. Also, a passport is a FEDERAL document. Even if it’s expired, that only refers to its use for travelling and NOT the individual’s identification.
This exactly why Trump is planning on doing the same with the elections in the US. If he can stop a certain number of woman that show up at the polls expecting to vote but not being able due to new bureaucracy he’ll benefit, as a higher proportion of woman vote democrat . Alberta’s Danielle Smith is merely a member of the Canadian arm of Trumps attempted MAGA world reorder, and uses the exact same playbook.
What fool changes their name on a birth certificate and which government agency was stupid enough to even allow that?
More proof that conservatives can’t manage anything.
women should stop taking their spouse’s names, unless of course their fathers were gifted with a dozen goats as part of the arrangement.
You’re living in a city dominated by police policies.
It is unfortunate that married women have to proof who they are after years of the AB. government issued them license’s. My widowed mother in law, passport long in expired, married over 70 years ago and widowed for over 8 years, had to supply birth cert. and marriage license to get her Alberta id not driver’s license. After years of renewals they now question her as too who she is.
My sister who was married at 19 over 60 years ago and divorced over 40 years ago also has to produced a marriage cert. long since destroyed, but who has been renewing her license for 55 years under her married name has to proof what her maiden name is.
That is why in Quebec, for decades, legally requires the maiden name be retained.
Freedom!! 😂😅
That article does not seems to be accurate. Alberta gives a temporary drivers licenses. There are some other items that doesny make sense. If she changed the name when she got married why is she not providing that document? There is something else going on or the article doesn’t have all thr info.
Good way to spot illegals! Love it.
It shouldn’t be more difficult to get a driver’s license in Alberta than it is to get a document like a passport. That is the point.
Isn’t that important to prove who they are? So we don’t just dole out citizenship cards to just anyone?
Just sounds like the whining of an entitled fool without.didnt have the required documents
Your journalists get lazier by the day Global News
Looks like this woman created her own mess.
Read the article. This is on woman.
She lost her documents. She is crying that she has to pay $45 to replace it.
It is also on her waiting until the last minute.
