Editor’s Note: This article has been updated to clarify that the recall information came from Health Canada.
Bottles of Flintstones vitamins, Claritin and Aleve have been recalled due to distribution errors.
Flintstones Complete Multivitamins and Minerals tablets, 10 mg Claritin Allergy Tablets and 200 mg Aleve tablets were recalled after customer-returned products were mistakenly reintroduced into saleable inventory and redistributed across wholesale markets, according to Health Canada.

The alert only applies to wholesalers, but the Health Canada is encouraging consumers to check with the recalling firm if their product is affected.
All three products are produced by the pharmaceutical company Bayer Inc.
The government agency also said that any health product related side effects should be reported to Health Canada.

For God sake. Do better Canada.
Why isn’t there more regulation in this country? We have a great system, which in some aspects is better than the US, but it needs to be improved. Whenever I go shopping, I buy Canadian products as much as possible to help avoid something I purchase being recalled.
Why are products in Canada such garbage? Every week there’s a new recall.
