The Massey Tunnel is now open following an earlier vehicle fire. It was closed in both directions but now one lane southbound and two lanes northbound are getting through. The counter flow lane is still closed however.
The vehicle fire is in the northbound right lane and crews closed the tunnel in both directions during the morning commute.
Drivers are still advised to take the Alex Fraser Bridge but traffic there is heavily backed up as well.
