Convicted high-risk sex offender Michel Burton Deschamps is back in police custody. Winnipeg police said Friday that Deschamps was arrested on Nov. 15 for breach of probation.
Officials issued a public notice about Deschamps when he was released from Headingley Correctional Institution in 2005.
Deschamps was under investigation after police received a tip from someone who recognized him from a Community Notification Advisory.
