Residents of Sidney have chosen many familiar faces for council in the 2022 B.C. municipal election.
Incumbent Mayor Cliff McNeil-Smith has been re-elected by acclamation. He won the 2018 vote by more than 80 per cent of ballots cast.
Global News projects incumbent councillors Terri O’Keeffe, Sara Duncan, Chad Rintoul and Scott Garnett have all won re-election, while Steve Duck and Richard Novek will be the new faces on council.
