It’s a challenging profession that can easily wear people down due to the nature of the work, but the Edmonton Police Service has seen an increase in recruitment and a decrease in attrition. Supt. Andria Wasylyshen joined Global News at Noon to speak about why they are seeing the positive change and how they are attracting diverse candidates.
