Video captured a chaotic arrest in the parking lot of Jane Park Plaza in Toronto on Saturday, after police responded to reports of an individual armed with multiple knives damaging vehicles, according to officials. As the suspect was being taken into custody, cellphone video shows the moment a police vehicle rolled forward, striking both the suspect and the arresting officers. An officer attempted to halt the vehicle, only for it to accelerate even more. "There were no serious injuries during this dynamic incident," the Toronto Police Service said in response to questions about this incident.
