During a hearing on police use of force held by the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, Chairman and Sen. Lindsey Graham said that “shooting somebody should be like the last resort” and that “the idea of using lethal force has to be revisited.” He also stated that police forces should be more diverse in order to make them “look more like the community they’re policing.”
