It's a grim milestone: one-third of Ontario's long-term care homes are reporting COVID-19 outbreaks. In a television interview Monday, Ontario's minister of long-term care told Global News, “There is not a single home in Ontario that is in a crisis for staffing.” As Morganne Campbell reports, that comment has sparked public backlash.
