Four people were sent to hospital following a two vehicle head-on collision near Dunsford Friday afternoon. Emergency crews were called to the area of County Road 36 west of Cedar Glen Road around 2:30 p.m. City of Kawartha Lakes OPP on scene told Global Peterborough at the scene two people from each vehicle were treated by paramedics before being taken to hospital. City of Kawartha Lakes firefighters had to free two people from the pickup truck involved in the crash by removing the passenger side doors. Ornge air ambulance was called in, but it’s not believed anyone was transported. It is unclear if any charges will be laid.
